Bacalhau à Brás
Typical Portuguese cod product, garnished with chips, egg, onion, cod and spices.
Cooking (400gr): Without thawing, remove the lid and put the packing into the microwave for 8 minutes (650 Watts). Advice: Let thaw softly, about 30 minutes, add a dash of olive oil on a pan and place the "Bacalhau à Brás" on a law heat and stir. Beat 2 eggs. When it is thawed, add the eggs and cook gently.
Shepherd's pie
Product stuffed with mashed potato and pig meat, made up of two layers of mashed potato with meat and spices.
